2006 ATTE Annual Conference Update

Parking Update:
 
The NEW garage is right across Welborn from the University Center. A&M wants the conference atttendees to park there. There is a walk-way under the highway for getting over to the University Center. For those that cannot walk that distance, there will be some spaces in the garage acorss from Rudder Tower.

Conference Committee
1. Curtis Green-- Coordinates all committee members and assures deadlines are met.
2.??????????? - Presenters- Enlists presenters for the conference and corresponds with presenters.
3.  ????????? - Hosts - Enlists host for the conference and corresponds with hosts.
4.  ????????? - General Session - Plans all aspects of the general session
5.  ?????????Awards Banquet - Works with the past-president and the awards coordinator to plans all aspects of the awards banquet.
6. ?????????? A&M Conference Liaison - Works with the university, coordinates tours and acts as the local liaison.
7. ????????? - Vendors - Coordinates all aspects of the vendor area
8. ???????? On-site Registration - Works with the Secretary and Treasurer to coordinate and staff the registration area.
9.   Richard Broussard , ATTE night - Coordinates all aspects of the ATTE Night and Auction.
